I was planning to have a quick coffee here, but was surprised to see it closed.
I only had a coffee there twice. It was fairly empty both times.
I find this area very difficult for a coffee shop. There is just too much competition within a three blocks radius: two Starbucks, Habit (my favourite), Solstice, Venus Sofia, Bean Around the World, QV, Union Pacific, Cascadia, Willies, and Grindstone Cafe, and few more slightly farther.
Personally, I didn't think it distinguished itself as a coffee destination.
It will be interesting to see what replaces it.
